| Individual Member | Professional | Persons who are qualified practitioners of one of the built environment professions (e.g., architects, engineers, cost consultants, builders, estate surveyors, land surveyors, town planners, project managers, facility managers, etc.) |
| Associate | Persons who are NOT qualified practitioners of one of the built environment professions | |
| Student | Persons who are students currently engaged in a relevant built environment professional course at a recognized tertiary institution at an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent level |

Who We Are
We are not alone in our mission to make every building greener. GBCZ members play an active role in the Council through our volunteer committees and special accelerators. Our volunteer Board represents a wide range of industries and geographic regions.
Our members include designers, architects, engineers, construction companies, owners and operators – all the people and businesses involved in the design, construction and operation of buildings.
